Michelene has over 35 years’ experience in services and financial service businesses, operating at board level of numerous companies, ranging from large listed to small privately owned organisations. In 2009 she co-founded private investment firm Yorkway (now Quintet Yorkway) and is actively involved in all Quintet Yorkway investments.
Michelene has a wealth of experience in strategy, governance, investment, finance and risk management utilised in a range of corporate roles including Chair, CEO, CFO and COO. She held senior executive positions with Colonial Limited and CBA, was CEO of a listed investment company, a listed property trust and Chair of CBHS Corporate Health Fund.She is passionate about investing in people and culture in businesses that rely on people for their success.
Michelene is a Non-Executive Director of a number of investee companies, including Talent and One Investment Group, and Chair of Infrastructure Advisory Group, Northland Group and Talent RISE ANZ. She is currently focused on developing ESG initiatives within the Quintet Yorkway investee family.
