Skyler Meyer is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading agile development teams and managing software projects. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Mitratech since August 2015, Skyler oversees seven agile development teams across North America, South America, and India for the TalentReef product. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made as a Senior Manager and Software Engineering Manager, focusing on modernizing software delivery and implementing best practices in agile methodologies. Skyler co-founded Breyer Studios, worked on advanced automation technologies at Recondo Technology, and held various engineering positions, including software engineering internships. Skyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Denver and completed a study abroad program at Goldsmiths, University of London.
