Maksym Moshkivskyi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Maksym started their career at Antonov in 2009 as a Design Engineer, where they managed the development of design documentation and simulated aircraft units. Maksym then joined PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE in 2012 as a Design Engineer II category, where they continued to develop design documentation and model aircraft units using Catia V5. Maksym also worked as a contract design engineer for Kyiv Boeing Design Center during this time. Moshkivskyi later joined flyARGO Rotorcraft Center in 2017 as a Design Engineer, where they managed the development of design documentation for light helicopters and gyrocopters, as well as dealt with customers and partner organizations. In 2018, they joined Tucana Engineering as a Design Engineer, where they focused on developing design documentation for passenger planes and modeling aircraft units using CAD software. Maksym then moved to Limpid Armor in 2019 as an Industrial Designer, managing concept modeling and design of military helmets and camera housings. In 2020, they joined PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE again, this time as a Service Engineer, providing aircraft customer support and managing the support process. Finally, in 2021, Moshkivskyi joined Tallium Inc. as a Project Support Manager, before transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2022.

Maksym Moshkivskyi pursued their education in a progressive manner. Maksym first attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2005 to 2011, obtaining an Engineer's Degree in aircraft mechanical engineering from the faculty of aviation and space systems. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution, completing a Master's Degree in the faculty of management and marketing, specializing in innovation management from 2009 to 2011.

In 2021, Maksym attended Beetroot Academy, where they acquired a Junior PM certification in IT Project Management.

Additionally, Maksym has obtained various certifications in different areas. In 2020, they gained certifications in Design Thinking, Prototyping, Industrial Design Foundations, Rapid Prototyping for Product Design, Rhino: Furniture Design, The Creative Spark: Krista Donaldson (Social Innovation Designer), and The Power of PreViz at One & Co from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2021, they completed a Scrum Master Certification Training from Udemy: Online Courses.
