Dan Hughes currently serves as the Senior Director of R&D at Talogy, where a rich history of 75 years culminates in a unified effort to leverage psychology and technology across 10,000+ organizations globally. With extensive experience leading international R&D teams, Hughes has a proven track record in overseeing product solutions related to personality, cognitive ability, and behavioral assessment. Prior positions include Director of International R&D and Product Director at Talent Management International, as well as Product Director at JCA Global prior to its acquisition by Talogy. Hughes has a substantial background in consultancy and product development from roles at a&dc and Cubiks, complemented by foundational research experience at PA Consulting. Currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, Hughes also holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology.
