Charles Lentz is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in game development and software engineering. Currently serving as the Programmer Lead for the Software Development Group at Talos Engineered Products LLC since March 2025, Lentz previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at Configura, leading projects on proprietary programming for CET extensions. With a career spanning over 15 years, Lentz has held senior roles at various companies including AddiConn as a Senior Game Developer and OST - Open Systems Technologies, Inc. as a Software Architect specializing in Unity. An alumnus of Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Game Design & Development, Lentz also possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, showcasing a robust foundation in both technical and managerial skills.
