Stanislav Kores has a diverse work experience in various roles. Stanislav started their career as a Researcher at Clausthal University of Technology, focusing on foundry technology. Later, they became a Young Researcher at the University of Ljubljana, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they also took on the role of Senior Development Manager at Talum d.d., a position they held for six years. In 2017, they were promoted to Head of Strategic Development at the same company.
Stanislav Kores obtained their education starting in 2001 at the University of Ljubljana Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, where they pursued a degree in Material and Metallurgy. Stanislav completed this degree in 2006. During the same year, they also briefly attended Technische Universität Clausthal, focusing on Metallurgy. From 2006 to 2011, Stanislav continued their studies at the University of Ljubljana, this time at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Metallurgy.
