Niloofar Razi Howe

Niloofar Razi currently serves as President of The Stratham Group and holds multiple leadership roles across various organizations, including Chair of the Board of Directors at Pondurance and IREX, and Membership on the Board of Directors at Tenable, NetSPI, Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A., and Tamr. Razi is also an Operating Partner at Capitol Meridian Partners and a Fellow in the International Security Program at New America. With a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Columbia College, Columbia University, Razi combines legal expertise with a focus on cybersecurity, social justice, and international security, demonstrating a commitment to societal progress and institutional strengthening.
