Darvish Heshejin

Darvish Heshejin is the Director of Strategic Growth at Tandem Bank since July 2024, previously serving as the VP of Growth at Selina Finance from August 2019 to July 2024, where Darvish was instrumental in launching a tech-enabled consumer lending proposition. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Business Development at Kriya from September 2015 to August 2019, focusing on sales and partnerships within the fintech sector, and Associate in Investment Banking at KBW from September 2013 to August 2015, specializing in M&A and equity capital raising for financial institutions. Earlier positions include Senior Associate in Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and various analyst roles at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and RBS. Darvish holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics and is a qualified ACA accountant.
