Leanne Ahronian is a Senior Scientist at Tango Therapeutics since April 2019, with a strong background in cancer research. Prior to this role, Ahronian served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center from May 2014 to March 2019, focusing on targeted therapy approaches and mechanisms of resistance in gastrointestinal cancers under the mentorship of Ryan Corcoran. Ahronian earned a PhD in Cancer Biology from UMass Chan Medical School, where research centered on transcription factors and metastasis suppression in hepatocellular carcinoma, and previously obtained a BS in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
