Brady Mickelsen currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Tanium since June 2023. Previously, Brady held various significant roles at C3.ai from August 2019 to June 2023, including Advisor and SVP & General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed developing a commercially-focused internal legal function in a leading enterprise AI software provider. At TriNet, Brady was SVP and Chief Legal Officer from June 2015 to December 2018, overseeing legal and compliance matters for a publicly traded company catering to over 16,000 small to medium-sized enterprises. A former M&A Partner at White & Case from October 2010 to June 2015, Brady specialized in technology M&A transactions on a global scale. Additionally, at Oracle from March 2005 to October 2010, Brady led the Corporate, Securities and Acquisitions legal group and facilitated over 50 M&A transactions. Brady began the legal career as a Senior Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1999 to 2005. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University.
