In his role as Chief People Officer, Tobias Julén leads the team responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, its practices, and operations in order to meet the needs of Tanium.
Prior to Tanium, Tobias was Vice President, Human Resources for the Digital Services business unit at Ericsson, a company at which he held a variety of leadership roles. Prior to Ericsson, Tobias worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant for Deloitte in London.
Tobias holds a Bachelor of Science from the Institute of Management at the London School of Economics & Political Sciences. He has also qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Association of Tax Technicians in England.
