Susan Goodrich

Susan Goodrich has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Susan has held positions at various companies such as Tantus Technologies, Inc., eGlobalTech, Edaptive Systems, LLC, AM Pierce & Associates, Inc., Digital Management, Inc., ARINC, and USinternetworking.

At Tantus Technologies, Inc., Susan worked as the Survey and Operations Group Line of Business Lead, where they developed and implemented portfolio management processes aligned with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles. Susan also used a human-centered design approach and conducted analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Prior to that, at eGlobalTech, they served as the Director of CMS Programs, responsible for new business development, delivering exceptional service to clients, and managing high-performing teams. Susan also provided strategic guidance and quality assurance support to project teams.

During their time at Edaptive Systems, LLC, Susan served as a Senior Program Manager, focusing on the Healthcare Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) line of business. Lastly, at USinternetworking, they served as the Practice Director of Managed Application Hosting, overseeing the delivery of complex web solutions by managing a team of engineering consultants.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in program management, business development, strategic planning, and quality assurance.

Susan Goodrich has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University. Susan also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, Susan has obtained several certifications, including DevOps Foundation from the DevOps Institute in June 2017, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2017, ITIL Foundation from the APM Group in April 2011, Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2019. Susan is also pursuing the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification, although the obtained month and year are not specified.
