Laura Booth

Laura Booth currently serves as Chief of Staff and SVP of Total Rewards & People Insights at Tapestry since October 2017. Previously, Laura held various senior leadership roles at Coach, Inc., including SVP of Global Total Rewards and SVP of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS from March 2005 to October 2017. Laura's extensive experience spans roles focused on compensation and benefits management across global operations in multiple countries. Prior to Coach, Laura worked at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. and Towers Perrin, holding positions such as Manager of International Compensation and Associate Consultant. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors from Williams College and has furthered education at the Center for Creative Leadership.
