Leeza Klimetz

Leeza Klimetz, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at TAPPI, where significant contributions include strategic collaboration with leadership and the establishment of safety protocols as a founding member of the TAPPI Safety Committee. Prior experience encompasses roles as Office Manager and HR Manager, as well as General Manager at Dunwoody Restaurant Group, where responsibilities involved inventory management, employee recruitment and training, and the promotion of community events. Additional experience includes a managerial position at Iron Horse Tavern and a role as Meeting Planner Assistant at RockTenn. Leeza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University, and has further education from Kennesaw State University's School of Communications.
