Michelle Kay-Browning is an experienced educator and leader with a diverse background in music education and pastoral care. Currently serving as Chaplain and Director of Christian Faith and Values at Tara Anglican School for Girls since January 2012, Michelle also contributes as a Pastoral Stage Coordinator and Music Teacher. Prior experience includes a role as Worship and Creative Arts Consultant at The Salvation Army, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development and youth mentoring. Michelle served as Senior Music Teacher and Year Coordinator at North Sydney Girls High School for over a decade, focusing on musical productions and pastoral responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Leadership and Wellbeing from Southern Cross University, a Master of Theological Studies in Christian Worship from Vision International University, and a Bachelor of Music Education from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Additionally, Michelle holds an Associate of Music in Performance from AMEB.
