Pramila Gardner

Pramila Gardner is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and IT program management. Currently serving as a Change Management Lead at Targa Resources, Pramila has previously held significant roles such as Senior Program & Organizational Change Manager at the University of Tennessee System, where a roadmap for a three-year implementation of the Huron Research Suite was established. As a Senior Delivery Director at Rulesware, Pramila contributed to practice growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. At Pegasystems, Pramila directed complex client situations successfully and acted as a trusted advisor. Notable achievements during tenure at Chevron include leading global IT projects that yielded multimillion-dollar savings and developing standardized project assurance processes. Pramila holds a BBA in Accounting from Langston University and an AS in Accounting from Tulsa Community College.
