Sam Smith

Sam Smith, P.E. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Targa Resources since October 2024, Sam previously held various positions, including Sr Construction Engineer and Project Manager at Matrix Service from November 2018 to September 2024. Sam's experience also includes roles in Construction Technical Services at McDermott International Inc. and Technical Services Manager at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. Prior experience includes multiple civil engineering roles at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals. Sam holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
