Kostya Gorel is a seasoned mobile engineering leader with extensive experience in telematics applications. Currently serving as Group Lead of Mobile Engineering at Targa Telematics since October 2023, Kostya manages product architecture and mentors a team of mobile engineers. Prior to this role, Kostya held the position of Group Lead at Earnix from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included building mobile development teams and delivering telematics solutions in the insurance and financial sectors. At Driveway, from June 2014 to August 2021, Kostya directed mobile product development, overseeing the creation of numerous mobile applications and a proprietary telematics SDK. Earlier roles included Development Team Lead for Android at Kalsefer and Engineering Manager at UpOnTek. Kostya holds an MBA from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Robotic Systems and Computer Science from East Ukrainian State University.
