Allie Terfehr is the Director of Employment Services for Carroll County at Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. Allie has a Masters of Science in Human Services Management in Special Education from McDaniel College and a BSW in Social Work from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Prior to their current role, Allie held various titles at the company including Vocational Director for Carroll County, Day Habilitation Manager, and Community Living Manager.
