Kelli Kemp has been working in the social services field for over 25 years. Kelli started their career at Sykesville Eldercare Center in 1990 as the Director of Admissions & Social Services. Kelli then moved to Target Community & Educational Services in 1995, where they have been ever since. In their current position as the Director of Social Services & Autism Waiver, they oversee all social service programs and staff for Target Community & Educational Services.
Kelli Kemp earned a Master's degree in Human Services Management/Special Education from McDaniel College. Kelli also holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Gerontology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
