Sayak Banerjee

Sayak Banerjee is an experienced civil and structural engineer with a career spanning over 17 years in the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited since November 2018, Sayak has worked on key projects related to steel plants, including FEED engineering for Pickling Lines and Electric Arc Furnaces. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Tata Steel UK, leading structural teams in asset integrity management and brownfield modifications, and Deputy Manager at Tractebel - ENGIE Group, where Sayak contributed to civil and structural designs in power and petrochemical plants across various international projects. Earlier experiences include managerial and senior design roles across multiple engineering firms, focusing on civil and structural innovations in thermal power, cement, and petrochemical industries.
