Jennifer Roback

Jennifer Roback currently serves as the Vice President of People + Culture at TATCHA, having previously held the position of Senior Director in the same department. Prior to TATCHA, Jennifer was with Allbirds, where roles included Director II and Director I of People + Experience, along with serving as GTM Program Manager. Jennifer's experience also includes consulting for small businesses on leadership and organizational effectiveness and leading team and process development at Ingrid & Isabel, LLC. Jennifer has a strong background in developing high-performance cultures and employee engagement strategies and has been part of the executive leadership at lucy activewear, contributing to significant sales growth and team retention. Educational qualifications include a BA in Chemistry from the College of Saint Benedict and certifications in Life Coaching, Health Coaching, and Yoga Instruction.
