Chenghsin Hsu

Chenghsin Hsu has worked in the tech industry since 2004. Chenghsin started at Trend Micro as a QA Engineer and then progressed to Sr. Engineer, Staff Engineer / Sr. Staff Engineer, Sr. Manager, and Sr. Development Manager. During their time at Trend Micro, they were responsible for architecture design, technical direction for email security solutions, building up DevOps and Agile practices in team, managing the hiring and staffing of the team, and collaborating with cross-region colleagues to develop and deliver systems. In 2022, they began working as Director for TBCASoft.

Chenghsin Hsu completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from National Chengchi University between 1996 and 2000. Chenghsin then earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Fu Jen Catholic University between 2002 and 2004. In 2010, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
