Andrada Mihaila has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in the banking industry. Andrada started their career at CREDIT EUROPE BANK (ROMANIA) S.A. in 2008 as a Customer Support & Internet Banking Specialist, where they collected information from clients to improve the quality of the bank's products and services. Andrada then moved on to become a Specialist Quality & Training, monitoring the activity of customer service and implementing quality standards. Andrada later became a Contact Center Coordinator, overseeing the subordinated team's activity and supporting the accomplishment of established objectives. Andrada then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, responsible for implementing and developing credit card products. Andrada prepared product plans, identified risks and growth strategies, and achieved set objectives. In 2019, Andrada joined OTP Bank Romania as a Cards Product Manager, defining product strategies, conducting market research, and managing the product's lifecycle.
