Jean Gilchrist

Jean Gilchrist is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Contracts Manager for Strategic Sourcing at TD since February 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Contracts Manager, Legal at Prophix Software in 2016, where Jean was a parental leave replacement, and as Senior Corporate Counsel at Softchoice Corporation from 2009 to 2015. Jean's career in legal counsel began at EDS Canada (SHL Systemhouse) from 1986 to 2000, followed by positions at Amdocs, Eagle Professional Resources Inc., and Prophix Software. Jean holds an LL.B. in Law from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College.
