Rachel Wilner

Rachel Wilner serves as the Head of Commercial Communications and Knowledge Management at TD, a position held since August 2010, where oversight of strategic initiatives in the commercial banking sector is a primary responsibility. Previously, Rachel held the role of Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President, leading a commercial team focused on relationships in Delaware and Chester County, encompassing sectors such as Higher Education and Commercial Real Estate. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending at M&T Bank and achieving notable rankings as Vice President of Business Banking at Chase. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Mathematics from the University of Delaware from 1991 to 1995.
