Ross Whiting has accumulated extensive experience in various roles within the financial services and agricultural sectors. Currently, Ross serves as Group Manager and previously held multiple positions, including Team Manager and Analyst, at TD Securities since December 2020. Prior to this, Ross worked as a Poultry Business Development Advisor for Sustainable Agriculture Technology, focusing on improving the competitiveness of the Zimbabwean Poultry Value Chain. At Profeeds Pvt Ltd, Ross was the Head of Retail, contributing to the growth of Zimbabwe's leading poultry stock-feeds manufacturer. Earlier roles include Analyst and Project Manager at Acumen Africa, providing consultancy services, and Consultant at La Rochelle Organics and Omya, where market research and analysis were key responsibilities. Ross began a career in finance as an Analyst at Tetrad Investment Bank, specializing in international banking and trade finance. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from Rhodes University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St Georges College Zimbabwe.
