Key achievements include restructuring finance departments for enhanced efficiency, providing critical support during workforce reductions, and leading financial integrations post-acquisition. Kathryn’s expertise encompasses budget preparation, financial reporting, and process improvement, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a CIMA qualification and a BSc in Accounting and Information Systems.
