Erica Baker

Erica Baker is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at TE Connectivity since February 2023, Erica previously held the role of Quality Management Systems Analyst. From August 2016 to February 2023, Erica worked at Archem America Inc. as a Senior Quality Engineer, focusing on quality customer contact for new model and mass production activities, as well as managing customer PPAP and implementing countermeasures for 8D/TTR/QPR investigations. Erica's career began at Imasen Bucyrus Technology, Inc. as a Quality Control Sr. Quality Project Lead from July 2000 to August 2016, where new model launch activities were a key responsibility. Erica holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Independence University, earned between 2016 and 2018, and graduated from Col Crawford High School with a diploma.
