Dawn Black currently serves as the Delivery Operations Manager at Teach First, having held multiple roles within the organization since August 2015, including Delivery Operations Officer and Careers Programme Lead. In these positions, Dawn has successfully managed the Careers Leader programme in the North East region, positively impacting over 30,000 pupils and collaborating with 26 schools across 12 local authorities. Prior to Teach First, Dawn worked at the University of Sunderland from November 2009 to August 2015, where roles included Management Information System Officer and Assistant Student Recruitment Officer, focusing on data reporting and event management for student recruitment. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Newcastle University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
