Ted Holmes Ma

Ted Holmes holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership. Currently, Ted serves as a Changemaker at Aldine ISD, a Corps Member at Teach For America, and the Chief Operating Officer for Au-Some Teacher ABA Services. As the Lead Founder and CEO of Houston L.E.A.D Preparatory Academy, Ted draws on extensive experience gained from roles such as Regional Director of Operations at IDEA Public Schools and a BES Fellow, focusing on school creation and leadership. Additionally, Ted has a background in educational programming, technology, and university-level teaching, with prior leadership roles in various educational settings, including the Louisiana Department of Education and The Broad Center.
