Kenneth Lemanski

Kenneth Lemanski is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education, emergency services, and nonprofit organization leadership. Currently serving as First Vice President at San Antonio VOAD and as Planning Lead for Team Rubicon in the San Antonio/Del Rio Metro Area, Kenneth has also held leadership roles within Team Rubicon. With a background as a Notary Signing Agent at Brooks Notary Services and as a Special Education Teacher at San Antonio ISD, Kenneth began a teaching career focusing on fifth-grade history and special education life skills. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include owning Shooting Safe of San Antonio, where firearm safety and instruction were provided. Kenneth's public service includes being a Commissioner for Bexar County Emergency Services District 2 and a Superintendent of Standards for the Villages of Westcreek Owners’ Association. A veteran of the US Air Force Reserve, Kenneth has a strong educational foundation with multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Development from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BA in Criminology from Saint Leo University.
