Judd Ghobar serves as the Country Manager for Oceania at Teamtailor since May 2023, focusing on enhancing recruitment processes and employer branding across Australia, New Zealand, and the APAC region. Previously, Judd held the position of Account Director for Australia and New Zealand at Sourcr from November 2020 to May 2023, achieving significant month-over-month growth and successful team building initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Cloudflare as Team Lead for Enterprise Business Development in ANZ, Indeed.com as a Senior Account Executive in Staffing and Recruitment, and various positions in business development and sales across leading companies including Intel Security and LexisNexis. Judd completed a Diploma of Business at Martin College and holds certifications in Information Technology Networking.
