Zak Wooster

Zak Wooster currently serves as the Manager of Product Success EMEA at Teamworks, contributing to the digital transformation of elite athletes across Europe since July 2023. With a long tenure at Chelsea Football Club beginning in July 2009, Zak's roles have included Senior Product Success Manager, Academy Coach for various age groups, and managing Football Operations for the U9-U15 age groups, where responsibilities involved overseeing the Premier League games program and international tours. Prior experience includes positions at Essex County Football Association Limited and The Football Association as a Coach Developer and FA Affiliate Tutor, as well as a background as a Football Development Officer with West Ham United FC and International Football Development Officer at Chelsea FC. Zak holds a degree in Sports Science with Professional Football Coaching from the University of Greenwich.
