Betsy Hauser also founded The Talent School, an innovative and talent-focused organization. In addition, they served as the President of Little Idea, LLC, before it merged with Enventys in 2013.
Betsy Hauser holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In March 2023, they obtained additional certifications in Digital Marketing and Full Stack Web Development from Tech Talent & Strategy.
