Stephanie Woodworth is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently a Charter Member at TechGC since October 2021, Stephanie contributes to a peer community for General Counsel. Prior roles include serving as General Counsel at Oma Robotics, where legal guidance was provided to the executive team, and as a Consulting Attorney for Coursera and Edelman Financial Engines, where negotiations of agreements and risk management strategies were key focuses. Stephanie's earlier career included positions such as Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Financial Engines, addressing compliance with laws and regulations, and various associate roles at major law firms. Stephanie holds a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a JD from The Catholic University of America.
