Fabrizio Catania has extensive experience in sales and operations, primarily within the technology industry. Fabrizio began their career at IBM in 1995 as a Field Sales representative, responsible for designing and selling network solutions. Fabrizio then moved up to roles such as Technical Support Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Services Director, and finally Sales Director for Italy. During their time at IBM, they were based both in Italy and at the European headquarters in Paris.
In 2008, Catania joined Technogym as the Sales, Marketing & Operations Director for the software division, Mywellness. In this role, they were responsible for the division's Profit and Loss (P&L), coordinating the digital sales specialists, product marketing, and software development teams. Fabrizio later became the Sales Operations Director and eventually the Sales Operations and Sales Transformation Director.
Through their various roles, Catania has gained expertise in sales operations, business reviews, analytics, cost management, and software support. Fabrizio has also developed leadership skills, having managed teams of software engineers and technical support personnel.
