Jacqueline Ho

Jacqueline Ho has extensive experience in the field of IT and technology risk. Jacqueline started their career at Oracle as a Software Engineer in 2003. In 2006, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Analyst and later became an Account Director/Client Manager, specializing in IT assurance, risks and controls, system implementation, and data analytics. During their time at Deloitte, they managed numerous accounts and led engagements in various sectors, particularly government and energy/resources. In 2013, they joined TechnologyOne as an IT Director. Overall, Jacqueline has a strong background in IT risk management, project implementation, and understanding the information needs of stakeholders.

Jacqueline Ho earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 2000-2003. Jacqueline then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same institution from 2004 to 2005. In 2005-2008, they obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on corporate governance and philanthropy from QUT. Additionally, they achieved several certifications, including CGEIT from ISACA in 2013 and CISA from ISACA in 2010. In 2015, Jacqueline acquired the Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG-International.
