Rolland Schnell is an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer and Technical Lead currently overseeing the full DevOps team and architecture solutions at TechQuarter since October 2020. Prior to this role, Rolland served as a Technical Lead and DevOps for RacketPal, contributing to the development of one of the UK's fastest growing racket sports community applications. Rolland has also worked as a Full Stack Engineer/DevOps at FanDuel, a Full Stack Engineer at 3Pillar Global Romania, and as a Software Engineer at Endava, where Rolland was involved in developing a major payment gateway API. Early in the career, Rolland held the position of Java Developer at AROBS Transilvania Software, focusing on an enterprise-level hotel booking application. Rolland holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Technical University of Cluj Napoca and has a solid educational foundation from Liceul teoretic Carei.
