Fredrik Sand serves as a Näringspolitisk expert at TechSverige since October 2021, following experience as a Political Specialist from 2019 to 2021 and as Education Policy Manager at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, where leadership in Higher Education policy was demonstrated through a comprehensive report. Previous positions include Member of the Committee on Digital Economy at ICC Sweden, Senior Policy Adviser at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and Deputy Director in the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications, along with roles at Sveriges ambassad i Tokyo and Regeringskansliet. Fredrik Sand also contributed to the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security as a Management Board member. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Political Science from Stockholm University and participation in the ERASMUS Programme at The University of Sheffield.
