Umit Oktamis is a highly experienced professional in talent acquisition and career counseling, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Tecsys Inc. since March 2022. With a robust background that includes roles such as Employment Counsellor at YES (Youth Employment Services) and Career Counsellor at La Passerelle, Umit has honed skills in recruitment, career coaching, and workshop facilitation. Previous experience includes founding and managing HR VENUE, where a video interview SaaS was developed, as well as leadership positions at NEXUS Careers and INTA, driving comprehensive recruitment processes. Umit holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and a B.Sc. in Psychology from Middle East Technical University.
