Cosmin Mihaiu

Cosmin Mihaiu is an experienced professional in the fields of healthcare technology and innovation. Currently serving as Operations Lead at RAIQC since June 2020, Cosmin oversees the operation of a web-based clinical simulation platform aimed at enhancing medical image interpretation. Prior to this role, Cosmin contributed to RAIQC as a Project Manager, focusing on R&D project management and growth opportunities. Additional experience includes being a TED Fellow, selected for the prestigious program to promote innovative ideas globally, and serving as an NIA Fellow at the NHS Innovation Accelerator to support impactful innovations in healthcare. As Co-founder and CEO of MIRA Rehab from 2012 to 2019, Cosmin developed medical software that gamifies therapy for users. Previous roles also include positions with Microsoft Student Partners as Technical Lead and Student Partner. Cosmin holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Software Engineering and International Business and Economics from Babes-Bolyai University, as well as a high school diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science.
