Kristin Payne

Kristin Payne is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including media and entertainment. Currently serving as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner for TEGNA since March 2020, Kristin supports multiple television stations in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Prior roles include Retail Sales Consultant at J.McLaughlin, Vice President of Human Resources at Time Warner Cable, and Director of Human Resources at Vivendi Entertainment/Universal Music Group. Kristin's achievements encompass managing teams, spearheading learning and development initiatives, and overseeing HR functions for significant corporate entities. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Rhode Island and has further education from The American College in London.
