Martin Gorosko is a seasoned professional in the fields of business development, innovation, and technology. Currently serving as a Councillor at the Advisory Council of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) since March 2024, Martin also holds the position of Head of Business Development and CEO of the Startup Incubator at Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol, where a portfolio of over 35 technology-based startups is managed. With experience as a Member of the Management Board for the Estonian Business Angels Network and a co-founder of Tehnopol Ventures LLC, Martin actively engages in mentoring and advising within the startup ecosystem. Martin's other roles include being on the Supervisory Board of Latitude59, an Expert for Accelerate Estonia, a Mentor and Advisor for Prototron, a co-founder of Virtual Garden, and a Board Member of BASTIC. Martin's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Languages and Marketing from the Estonian Business School.

The Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol foundation is a science and business campus which aims to advance technology-based entrepreneurship in Estonia, bring scientists and entrepreneurs together and provide suitable services and a suitable environment for the realisation of breakthrough business ideas.
