Perry Durbin

Perry Durbin is a seasoned professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of EHS at TekniPlex since May 2024, Perry focuses on developing global policies and programs to foster a robust safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulations. Previously, as Director of EHS3 at Avantor from August 2019 to May 2024, Perry provided strategic direction for EHS, Security, and Sustainability efforts. In earlier roles, including Global Strategic Leader at PolyOne and Corporate Manager at Americhem, Perry developed and implemented EHS strategies and compliance programs, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to improving workplace safety and environmental health. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Kent State University and The Ohio State University.
