Christian Guardado is a skilled news producer with extensive experience in broadcasting. Currently serving as a News Producer at Telemundo Houston since January 2019, Guardado was promoted to this role in January 2020, taking leadership of the weekend team by September of the same year. Prior to this, Guardado worked as an Associate News Producer, collaborating on newscasts and filling in as needed. At The University of Texas at Arlington, Guardado held multiple positions, including Executive Producer for UTA News en Español, where full oversight of newscast production was managed, and as a Quality Enhancement Plan Video Content Producer. Additionally, during a brief internship at Univision Communications Inc., Guardado produced live student newscasts, reaching a significant audience. Guardado earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.
