Marienda Mollen

Marienda Mollen has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Marienda has worked at Telenet as the Director of Technical Operations, leading a team of Data Engineers and focusing on data talent sourcing, employee engagement, and defining work processes. Marienda also held the role of Data Solutions Manager and BI Solutions Manager at Telenet, where they integrated teams and implemented offshore service partnerships. Prior to Telenet, Marienda worked as a Manager of Special Projects at Volvo Financial Services and as a Senior Manager and Manager at EY, where they were involved in Change Management and data analysis projects. Marienda also had experience as a Sales & Recruitment Manager at Taurus-i and as a Business Manager at ALTEN BELGIUM. Marienda began their career as an Energy Consultant at Vlaamse Confederatie Bouw and had a trainee position at Stuart Energy.

Marienda Mollen has a Master of Applied Economic Sciences in Business Engineering with a specialization in Technology from UHasselt, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Marienda also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at UHasselt from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their ASO degree at Sint-Dimpna Lyceum (Geel, Belgium) from 1996 to 2002.
