Ottar Ertzeid

Ottar Ertzeid serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Entra ASA and is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Risk & Audit Committee at Telenor. Additional roles include membership on the Supervisory Council of Luminor Bank AS and Luminor Holding AS, and involvement with the Audit & Risk Committees. As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Risk & Audit Committee for Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS and Argentum Asset Management AS, Ertzeid is also a member of the Board of Directors and Risk Committee for DNB Livsforsikring AS and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Norwegian Investor Compensation Scheme. Other board positions include Vice Chair of Dextra Artes AS and member of the Nomination Committee at Yara International ASA. Previous experience includes Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of DNB Markets at DNB, as well as board membership at Oslo Børs. Ertzeid holds a degree in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
