Gurinder Singh is a qualified LEAN Practitioner with extensive experience in customer service and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Teleperformance since October 2021, Gurinder leads a cross-functional team of 20 remote customer service specialists, focusing on coaching and mentoring to enhance customer experience. Previously, Gurinder acted as a carer for a disabled mother from April 2016 to October 2021 and held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at DWP from November 2001 to April 2016, where responsibilities included lean transformation, training staff, and managing improvement projects. Gurinder's earlier roles at DWP also included Team Leader and Case Manager/Deputy Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Gurinder holds a degree in Computer Science from Aston University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
