Linda Díaz

Linda Díaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Linda began their career at AT&T Mobility of Puerto Rico, where they held various roles such as Small Business Key Contact Center & Activations Specialist I, Customer Service Representative I, and Wireless Technical Support & Portability Manager Relief. Their responsibilities included handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with professionalism and aiming for one-call resolution. Linda also supported management in training call center representatives and participated in team calibration meetings.

Following their time at AT&T Mobility of Puerto Rico, Linda joined AT&T Global Business Services as a Provisioning Coordinator.
